Research maps and data

DetectraPro brings together mapping and research information from multiple sources. Research layers are provided to support investigation and planning; availability, coverage and accuracy can vary by source and area. You remain responsible for checking land access, permissions, protected sites and any legal restrictions before detecting.

Subscriptions

DetectraPro offers free account access and paid Research subscription options. The subscription options, billing frequency and price available to you will be shown before you subscribe and again during checkout.

Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise PayPal to take recurring payments for the subscription at the billing interval you selected, such as monthly or annually.

Automatic renewal and continuous payments

Paid DetectraPro subscriptions automatically renew and are continuous payments until you cancel them. A monthly subscription will continue to renew each month and an annual subscription will continue to renew each year, unless you cancel before the next renewal payment is due.

You do not need to make a new manual payment at each renewal. PayPal will automatically attempt to collect the next subscription payment using the payment method linked to your PayPal subscription.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your paid Research subscription at any time through the cancellation option provided in your DetectraPro account or through PayPal. Cancelling stops future renewal payments; it does not normally remove access you have already paid for.

When a subscription is cancelled, your paid Research access will normally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. For example, a monthly subscriber will normally retain access until the end of the month already paid for, and an annual subscriber will normally retain access until the end of the annual period already paid for. After that date, the account may return to free access.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or the subscription is suspended or ended by PayPal, DetectraPro may restrict paid Research access once any valid paid-through period has ended.

Subscription prices

The price shown when you subscribe is the price applying to that subscription at that time. If subscription prices change in the future, any change to the amount you are charged on renewal will be handled in accordance with the applicable subscription and payment rules.

Availability

We aim to keep the service and research layers available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or continued availability of third-party data sources.

Changes

The service, available research layers and these terms may be updated as DetectraPro develops.
